As we look forward to the start of the New Year we have a lot of new homes being added to our portfolio of properties for long term rental.

We work with International clients from around the World including China, Russia, India, Japan, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, Australia, Taiwan, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Thailand, South Korea and Europe.

We offer a one stop shop for the Buying and Renting of Properties for our clients, and our main focus is our own Property Rental Portfolio.

We have Rental Properties from $5,000 to $50,000 per month. If we don’t have a property that suits your requirements we will act as a broker with the many real estate agents based in Beverley Hills, Holmby Hills, Hidden Hills, Hollywood Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, West Hollywood, Santa Monica and Malibu. These are areas we focus on and able to advise you on many of these areas covering schools, and leisure facilities.

So, if you want to be in the Hills and the view is important to you we will show you some of the best views of the City (see the picture above). If you want to be by the Pacific Ocean then Malibu is the place to be. If you want complete privacy then we suggest the the gated community of Hidden Hills, or the Bel Air Estates. The great thing with Southern California, there are so many lovely areas to choose from and we have the property to match your lifestyle.

In addition to our Property services we have partnered with Rota Lease Inc based in Beverly Hills, California. Rota Lease is our motor vehicle partner and they have a solution to provide many makes and models with specific emphasis on European cars.

Most of our International clients use the services of Rota Lease to source and supply cars.

Rota Lease has on order all of the latest “must have” cars such as the new model Mercedes GL, Porsche Panamera, Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Rolls Royce Ghost, and the new model Rolls Royce Wraith.

Beverly Hills Elite Homes has also partnered with Beverly Hils Concierge Services as they work with International clients to provide a First Class service to make your life easier.

Beverly Hills Concierge Services using their extensive network can arrange all travel, restaurant bookings, and red carpet events, movie premieres, Theatre shows, Parties and just about any event you want to attend.

Many of our International clients are new to California and want to be part of the Beverly Hills lifestyle and we have the partners to make this happen.

We have covered through our website a “lifestyle” and we are offering this unique service to our International clients as the partners who own Beverly Hills Elite Homes are from the United Kingdom and New Zealand and we found ourselves looking for this type of service when we first moved to Beverly Hills.
